These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SaveFresh mobile application ("App") provided by WoomanLabs ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SaveFresh, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

SaveFresh is a household food ingredient freshness tracker. It allows users to:

Add and manage food ingredient entries with expiry dates.
Receive notifications about upcoming ingredient expiry.
View AI-assisted recipe suggestions based on available ingredients.

3. User Accounts

You may use the App anonymously or create an account with an email address or Google account. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
All activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the ingredient data and photos you submit to the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates any third-party rights.

5. Advertising

SaveFresh displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Ad content is determined by Google's advertising systems and may be based on your interests or device information. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software in the App (excluding user content) are the property of WoomanLabs or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

SaveFresh is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Expiry date reminders will be delivered without delay or failure.
AI-generated recipe suggestions are accurate or safe for consumption.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WoomanLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including any loss of data or reliance on expiry information displayed in the App.

9. Account Deletion

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from the My Page screen within the App. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
