WoomanLabs ("we", "us", or "our") operates the SaveFresh mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

By using SaveFresh, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Account information

Anonymous sign-in: A randomly generated user ID is created. No personal information is required.
Email / password sign-in: We collect your email address and a securely hashed password.
Google sign-in: We receive your Google account email address and display name via OAuth 2.0.

App data

Food ingredient records you create (name, emoji, quantity, expiry date).
Profile photos you optionally upload from your camera or photo library.

Device & usage data

Advertising identifier (GAID / IDFA) collected by Google AdMob for serving ads.
Push notification tokens for delivering expiry reminders.
Standard crash and diagnostic data collected by the platform (Android / iOS).

2. How We Use Your Information

To create and maintain your account and sync your data across devices.
To send local and push notifications about ingredient expiry dates.
To display personalized and non-personalized advertisements via Google AdMob.
To improve the App and diagnose technical issues.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your account and ingredient data are stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted on secure cloud infrastructure. Data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS. We implement reasonable security measures, but no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

4. Third-Party Services

SaveFresh uses the following third-party services that may collect data under their own privacy policies:

Supabase – Authentication and database. Privacy Policy
Google AdMob – In-app advertising. Privacy Policy
Google Sign-In – OAuth authentication. Privacy Policy
Google Fonts – Font delivery (no personal data collected).

5. Data Retention and Account Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time through the My Page screen in the App, or by submitting a request via the link below.

Upon deletion, all personal data including your account credentials, ingredient records, and profile photo will be permanently removed from our servers within 7 business days.

6. Children's Privacy

SaveFresh is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, please contact us using the information below.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
